Over the years, the Lord has been gracious and found her worthy of His trust to execute a few assignments on the earth, and PEMM embodies everything that has been revealed as assignments.

Apostle Dr. Edward Mouphouet is the founder and General Overseer of Global Revival Missions (GRM) with churches in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He is dedicated to teaching, preaching, and applying God's word for overall success. 

He first accepted the call to evangelism in 1977 and has preached the gospel for many years serving as a missionary in several countries, including French-speaking nations, proclaiming that Jesus Christ is Lord with countless testimonies of signs, wonders, and miracles. He established Edward Mouphouet Global Missions (EMGM) as a vehicle for his global outreach, which includes but is not limited to planting churches, building schools and clinics in underprivileged parts of the world.

Pastor Elenora is the Head of PEMM, the founder of Woman Arise, Int'l, a wife, mother, and the senior Pastor of Global Revival Missions, MD. She is also the Co-founder, and president of Judah’s Generation, a worship ministry with a vision to restore the biblical principles of worship. City Watch is another intercessory online platform she manages. City Watch is geared towards generating prayers for cities, and nations of the world. 

She is a dynamic woman of God that ministers the word of God with power and a passion for seeing lives transformed through the power of prayer and true worship. She answered the call to ministry in her youth and has served in different countries as a music minister, worship leader, and Christian counselor. Her charismatic approach to ministry results in an unusual move wherever she ministers or develops her ministries.  Finally, her journey of faith has allowed her to pen her experiences down in her first book,  "Free to Worship Liberated To praise. 

Both Apostle Edward & Pastor Elenora Mouphouet have been married for many years, and their loving family resides in the USA. Together they work closely to ensure that their collaborative effort reaches a primary goal to spread God's word and work in the various capacities they are called to fulfill.
